Hi, I’m Fiona — Co-Founder and Managing Director of Aventa Realty.

My journey into real estate started in 2018, when I made the move to Dubai and began working as a teacher. I loved my time in education and grew a lot during those four years, but I eventually realized that my passion for leading, helping people, and building relationships could take me in a new direction.

That led to the creation of Aventa Realty, a company I started with my husband, Nick. Together, we’ve built something we’re really proud of — a real estate agency that puts honesty, care, and real dedication at the heart of everything we do.

I now focus on developing our company's marketing strategies, but keep my toes in both rentals and sales, ensuring I still build client relationships and stay updated with the process of the real estate industry. For me, it’s all about really understanding what my agents need from our company to develop, and being there for my clients every step of the way too — whether it’s their next home or a smart investment.
